Monday Injury Report

Quarterbacks

Atlanta's Michael Vick remains sidelined due to his broken leg. Status: Vick has targeted the first weekend in December to return to action.

Chicago's backup QB Kordell Stewart missed the game on Sunday due to his injured leg. Status: Stewart was listed as probable before the game.

Philadelphia's Donovan McNabb injured his back in the game on Sunday. Status: A follow-up set of X-rays on Monday showed no permanent damage - the back is sore and tender, but not seriously injured (at least, that's what we hear today).

San Francisco's starting QB Jeff Garcia missed the game on Sunday due to a high ankle sprain. Status: The condition worsened as the week went along, and he ended up being listed as doubtful on the Friday injury report.

Tampa Bay's backup QB Shaun King missed the game on Sunday due to his injured ankle. Status: King was listed as probable on the Friday injury report.

Washington's starting QB Patrick Ramsey (left hand/elbow) was injured in the game on Sunday. Status: It was the third game in a row that Ramsey couldn't take every snap in a game he started due to the extensive pounding the OL is allowing him to absorb. This latest injury is considered a dislocated pinky finger and a bruised arm - nothing major all by itself, but yet another nick to add to Ramsey's growing list of woes.

Houston's starting QB David Carr (high ankle sprain) missed the game on Sunday, as expected. Status: Carr said he would like to return for the game vs. Cincinnati, but the coaching staff wouldn't commit to that move as of Monday.

Jacksonville's backup QB Mark Brunell continues to be sidelined due to his injured elbow.

Miami's starting QB Jay Fiedler missed the game on Sunday due to his sprained knee. Status: Fiedler was listed as questionable on the injury report, but all signs indicate that he is 2-3 weeks away from returning to action. He stated after the game that he is unsure when he'll be able to return to action.

Oakland's Marques Tuiasosopo injured his left knee in the game on Sunday. Status: Some reports speculate that the injury is a torn MCL, some say a torn ACL - but all reports agree that Tuiasosopo is probably done for the season. An MRI is scheduled, and if the torn ligament is confirmed, Tuiasosopo is probably headed for IR. The Raiders officially say that Tuiasosopo is doubtful for the game vs. the Jets. QB's Rick Mirer and Tee Martin may be #1 and #2 for the game next week, if the Raiders don't sign another veteran signal caller.

Oakland's Rich Gannon could not play on Sunday due to the torn labrum in his throwing shoulder. Status: Gannon was listed as doubtful on the injury report.

Houston's starting RB Domanick Davis injured his left pectoral muscle in the game on Sunday and did not return to action. Status: The injury is not considered serious at this time. Davis vowed to play vs. Cincinnati, and said he would be fine by next weekend after the game.

Indianapolis' backup RB's James Mungro (knee surgery) and Ricky Williams (ankle) missed the game on Sunday. Status: Mungro is out indefinitely, while Williams was listed as questionable on the Friday injury report.

New York Jets' backup RB/KR Michael Bates broke two bones in his right hand on Sunday. Status: Bates will not be returning kicks anytime soon. He is expected to play on special teams, though.
