Arizona Neil Rackers 38 20 41 22 48 12 6.3 16 9.0 5 3.7 30 7.3 25 0.83 1.50 @Buf 1.17 3.7 4.3 6.8 22
notes misses: 58T.  After making three 50+ yard field goals in last week's game, Rackers' shoes are headed to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Neil now shares the record for most FG's of 50 or more in a single game with Morten Andersen.
Atlanta Jay Feely 39 17 39 26 40 22 5.6 24 5.8 22 5.3 19 5.7 7 0.90 1.31 @Den 0.97 5.3 5.1 5.6 19
notes In week 4 Feely made a 47 yard field goal. That was his only attempt over 40 yards this year (fewest in the NFL).
Baltimore Matt Stover 39 17 42 20 42 18 6.5 14 8.7 7 4.3 28 6.2 15 1.42 0.90 @Phi 0.71 4.3 3.1 6.3 27
notes misses: 50WR.
LT Jonathan Ogden will miss this week's game. Last time the Ravens played on the road without him they scored only 3 points (week 1 at Cleveland).
Buffalo Rian Lindell 29 28 35 28 30 28 4.8 28 5.7 23 4.0 29 7.7 28 1.17 0.92 Ari 1.50 5.7 8.5 6.3 7
notes misses: 42WL, 43SH
This week may be Lindell's best shot at a big game. Arizona allows kickers to score twice their average when the Cardinals are on the road.
Carolina John Kasay 21 32 27 32 23 32 3.5 32 4.0 29 3.0 32 7.5 26 0.86 0.94 @Sea 0.82 3.0 2.5 5.5 28
notes misses: 52WL, 46WR
The only kicking scoring category in which the Panthers are not dead last is points-per-game at home. They're on the road this week.
Chicago Paul Edinger 23 31 32 29 24 31 3.8 31 3.0 31 4.7 25 8.0 30 1.31 1.05 SF 0.74 3.0 2.2 5.9 25
notes misses: 27B, 45WL, 39WR
SF gives up lots of kicking points, however the Bears offense doesn't appear to be in a position to take advantage.
Cincinnati Shayne Graham 46 8 52 10 50 11 7.7 5 10.0 1 5.3 19 6.2 15 1.15 1.00 @Ten 1.09 5.3 5.8 6.9 14
notes misses: 38WR, 44WL
Graham may be #1 at home, but he's average on the road.
Cleveland Phil Dawson 57 2 57 4 61 3 8.1 3 7.5 11 9.0 2 7.0 23 0.90 1.13 BYE

Dallas Billy Cundiff 33 27 39 26 36 26 5.5 25 5.7 23 5.3 19 8.7 32 1.33 0.68 Det 0.70 5.7 3.9 7.1 23
notes misses: 49RU, 52SH. In Parcell's third years with the Patriots and with the Jets, his kickers ended up in the top ten. Cundiff will need to significantly increase his scoring from here on out to maintain that trend.
Denver Jason Elam 56 3 62 2 63 2 8.0 4 9.7 2 6.8 10 5.7 7 0.97 0.69 Atl 1.31 9.7 12.7 6.9 1
notes misses: 51SH, 49WL
Elam owner's should be happier this week than last… the Broncos are at home, and not playing on Monday night.
Detroit Jason Hanson 26 30 32 29 27 30 4.3 30 3.0 31 5.7 17 6.2 15 1.03 0.70 @Dal 1.33 5.7 7.6 5.3 8
notes misses: 47WR, 48WR
Hanson gets to visit the Cowboys who have allowed the most kicking ppg in the league.
Green bay Ryan Longwell 46 8 52 10 52 8 6.6 13 6.3 18 7.0 8 5.7 7 1.07 1.33 @Was 0.76 7.0 5.3 6.1 16
notes misses: 45RU, 52CR
After a slow start, Longwell has picked up the pace and climbed into the top ten.
Houston Kris Brown 46 8 49 13 52 8 7.7 5 8.0 9 7.3 5 4.8 3 1.07 0.80 Jac 1.05 8.0 8.4 6.3 6
notes misses: 57SH
Brown is averaging 9.5 points against AFC opponents.
Indianapolis Mike Vanderjagt 39 17 45 17 41 20 6.5 14 6.7 15 6.3 11 7.5 26 1.00 1.06 @KC 1.33 6.3 8.4 7.0 4
notes misses: Bryant 44WL; Vanderjagt 48WR.
Shootout at the Arrowhead corral?
Jacksonville Josh Scobee 36 23 42 20 40 22 5.1 27 4.0 29 6.0 14 6.0 10 0.89 1.05 @Hou 1.07 6.0 6.4 5.6 13
notes misses: 35WR, 51WR
Scobee has yet to put together back-to-back solid games. Last week was his best of the year.
Kansas City Lawrence Tynes 35 24 45 17 38 25 5.8 19 5.3 25 6.3 11 6.0 10 1.33 0.69 Ind 1.06 5.3 5.6 5.9 15
notes misses: 58WR, 47WR, 42WR.
Two weeks ago Tynes missed an extra point. Last week he got plenty of practice on extra points… going 8 for 8.
Miami Matt Bryant 38 20 41 22 42 18 5.4 26 5.0 27 6.0 14 6.1 14 0.87 1.00 @NYJ 0.55 6.0 3.3 5.8 26
notes misses: 46WR.
Olindo Mare might return this week. Or it might be Matt Bryant again. Stay tuned.
Minnesota Morten Andersen 44 12 50 12 46 14 7.3 9 7.3 12 7.3 5 6.3 18 0.94 0.96 NYG 0.71 7.3 5.2 6.8 17
notes misses: 44SH, 46WR.
The Giants are the only team to hold their opponent's kicker below their average every week.
New England Adam Vinatieri 52 4 55 6 57 5 8.7 2 8.5 8 9.0 2 5.7 6 0.81 0.77 @Pit 1.22 9.0 11.0 7.2 2
notes misses: 47WR
Will Vinatieri be distracted by the Red Sox victory? Nope.
New Orleans John Carney 52 4 55 6 59 4 7.4 8 6.3 18 9.0 2 8.1 31 1.31 1.11 BYE

NY Giants Steve Christie 45 11 60 3 51 10 7.5 7 8.0 9 7.0 8 3.7 1 0.44 0.71 @Min 0.94 7.0 6.6 5.6 12
notes misses: 47SH, 51SH, 49WR, 30WL, 33WL.
Who's tied with Matt Bahr for 12th on the all-time scoring list? If you said Christie, you're a winner.
NY Jets Doug Brien 37 22 40 24 40 22 6.2 17 7.0 14 5.3 19 5.0 5 0.55 0.82 Mia 1.00 7.0 7.0 5.6 10
notes misses: 29WL
Brien will bounce back from last week's one point effort. A visit from the Dolphins will help.
Oakland Sebastian Janikowski 50 7 56 5 56 7 7.1 12 9.0 5 4.7 25 6.7 22 1.02 0.90 @SD 0.80 4.7 3.7 6.9 24
notes misses: 46WL, 35WR
Janikowski hasn't done too well on the road.
Philadelphia David Akers 63 1 72 1 75 1 10.5 1 9.3 4 11.7 1 4.3 2 0.71 0.93 Bal 0.90 9.3 8.4 7.4 5
notes misses: 53WL, 39WR, 45WR
Akers is on pace to score 168 points. The single season scoring record is 164 (Gary Anderson, 1998)
Pittsburgh Jeff Reed 34 25 43 19 41 20 5.7 22 6.7 15 4.7 25 7.7 28 1.22 1.38 NE 0.77 6.7 5.2 6.7 18
notes misses: 48WL, 44WR, 45WL
There probably isn't a good time to play the Patriots, although this is a s close as it gets. The Steelers are at home and coming off a bye. The Patriots are coming off a big win.
San Diego Nate Kaeding 51 6 54 8 57 5 7.3 10 7.3 12 7.3 7 6.6 20 0.80 1.07 Oak 0.90 7.3 6.6 6.9 11
notes misses: 29WL
Janikowski and Kaeding are close in the rankings. Nate wins this week with home field advantage.
Seattle Josh Brown 43 13 46 15 48 12 7.2 11 9.5 3 6.0 14 6.5 19 0.82 1.06 Car 0.94 9.5 8.9 6.8 3
notes misses: 43WL
Brown is angry after last week's desert loss. He'll take it out on the Panthers this week.
San Francisco Todd Peterson 27 29 30 31 28 29 4.5 29 5.3 25 3.7 30 6.0 10 1.09 0.74 @Chi 1.31 3.7 4.8 5.3 21
notes misses: 46CR
The 49ers are still the only team to score no kicking points in a game (not once, but twice).
St. Louis Jeff Wilkins 40 15 49 13 45 15 5.7 20 6.0 20 5.5 18 7.0 23 1.09 1.17 BYE

notes misses... Elling: 33WL; Anderson: 42B
Anderson vs. Andersen for all-time scoring leader: Gary led by 87 points when the season began. Morten has cut the lead to 78.
Washington Ola Kimrin 34 25 40 24 35 27 5.7 22 6.0 20 5.3 19 4.8 3 0.76 1.00 GB 1.33 6.0 8.0 5.3 9
notes misses: 50WR, 41RU
John Hall is listed as "doubtful" on Wednesday's injury report, meaning Ola Kimrin will most likely handle the kicking duties again this week.
NOTES:
1. All stats are based on Standard Scoring of 3 points for field goals and 1 point for extra points
(except for the Bonus Total column which increases 40-49 yard FG's to 4 points, and FG's of 50 yards and over to 5 points)
2. "Attempted" = maximum number of kicking points the team could have had if they made every kick
3. The Kdefensive "factors" are the median by which teams allow kicking points, as compared to their opponents average scoring
(i.e. smaller numbers under 1.0 equal better kicking defense, larger numbers over 1.0 = not so good)
4.  Weekly matchup numbers: the "Mathematical Projection I" is the "Kscoring" multiplied by the "Kdefensive Factor"
Mathematical Projection II is simply the average of the Kicking ppg scored and the Kicking points allowed by the opponent
5. Misses key: SH = short, WR = wide right, WL = wide left, CR = cross bar, RU = right upright, LU = left upright, B = blocked, T = tipped
