QB Jon Kitna (Cin) is expected to start Sunday. Said injured
quarterback Carson Palmer, "I know he's excited," Palmer said. "I'm

completely confident in him, that he's going to go out and not lose a
step from where this offense has left off."
QB Carson Palmer (Cin) did not practice on Wednesday and will be on
crutches until Saturday due to a sprained MCL. He is listed as

gradually increase the work load and then make a decision on his
availability, perhaps on Friday. "I don't know what to tell you
because he actually threw the ball much better today than I would have
predicted," Martz said after practice. "He feels like he can zip it,
but we just asked him to refrain from that."
