Hi Folks,
As always, here's the comprehensive Injury Wrap Up covering all the week 10
injuries.
One surprising note to add is that the Associated Press is reporting Chicago
LB Brian Urlacher will be out 4-6 weeks. This one is still very murky as for
details but here is exactly what the AP is saying:
"Chicago Bears Pro Bowl linebacker Brian Urlacher will miss four to six
weeks with a lower left leg injury sustained in Sunday's 19-17 win over the
Tennessee Titans.
Urlacher, who missed all of the preseason and two regular-season games with
a hamstring problem, had a surgical procedure done early Monday morning on his
leg, coach Lovie Smith said.
There was some internal bleeding in the area of the injury, Smith said. He
said Urlacher would not be put on injured reserve."
We'll have more for you on this one as it's available.
Here's the rest of the run down from around the league. Hope you're doing better
than these guys.

Quarterbacks
Arizona's Josh McCown took a strong blow that snapped his head into the turf
on Sunday (from Giant Gibril Wilson), and the hit was still causing problems
after the game (McCown was reportedly "woozy" at the end of the game).
He'll be evaluated further as the week goes along.
Buffalo's J.P. Losman completed his comeback from a broken leg as he saw some
game-time vs. New England Sunday night (1/2 for 5 yards, 0 TDs and 1 interception,
with a fumble lost to boot).
Jacksonville's Byron Leftwich missed the game on Sunday, as expected (knee,
out on Friday).
Miami's injured QB Jay Fiedler will not have his starting job when he heals
from his neck stinger, the team's new coach announced today. A.J. Feeley has
been declared the starter, and it looks like interim coach Jim Bates is intending
to stick with Feeley ""We plan on A.J. playing well and playing well
throughout."
Minnesota's Daunte Culpepper bruised his knee in the game on Sunday, but returned
to action - the injury does not appear serious at this time.
New York Jets' Chad Pennington missed the game on Sunday, as expected (shoulder,
out on Friday's injury report).
Seattle's Matt Hasselbeck suffered a "charley horse" on the first
play of the game on Sunday, and played very poorly throughout the contest (although
his receivers continue to contribute to the problem by dropping catchable balls).
Tampa Bay's Brian Griese was bruised in several places after taking 7 sacks
(and a lot of other hits) in the game vs. the Falcons. The team did not report
a major injury to their QB, though.
Tennessee's Steve McNair was active for the game on Sunday, but did not play
due to his bruised sternum (coaches' decision). Billy Volek played well substituting
for McNair, but Tennessee lost the game when Volek was sacked in the endzone
for a safety during the OT period.
Running Backs
Carolina's Stephen Davis missed the game on Sunday due to his injured knee,
as expected (out on Friday's injury report). He has been placed on IR, and is
expected to have another surgery on his ailing knee in the near future. Fellow
RB Joey Harris was inactive due to his bad hamstring.
Chicago's Thomas Jones was inactive on Sunday due to his injured toe (questionable
on Friday's injury report).
Cincinnati's Chris Perry (abdomen, doubtful) missed the game on Sunday due
to his injury.
Cleveland's William Green was not injured in the game, although his lip was
split by Steelers LB Joey Porter before the game during an altercation that
led to both players being ejected before the game started.
Detroit's Stephen Trejo (knee, doubtful) missed the game on Sunday due to his
injury.
Green Bay's Ahman Green suffered a bruised knee cap during the game on Sunday,
but returned to action (21/145/0 rushing). Fellow RB Najeh Davenport injured
his hamstring during the game, and will be evaluated further as the week goes
along.
Houston's Tony Hollings (hamstring, out) missed the game on Sunday due to his
lingering injury. Hollings has been struggling to rehab his hamstring for several
weeks.
Jacksonville's Fred Taylor left the game on Sunday briefly due to leg cramps,
but returned to action and finished the game with 23/144/0 rushing.
KC RB Priest Holmes missed the game on Sunday, due to his injured knee (doubtful
on Friday's injury report). Derrick Blaylock played and was very effective in
relief of Holmes.
Minnesota's Mewelde Moore missed the game on Sunday due to his injured ankle
(questionable on Friday's injury report).
New England's Corey Dillon was sidelined for part of the first half due to
a left knee contusion. He returned to action in the second half of the game,
and ended the day with 26/151/0 rushing.
New York Giants' RB Mike Cloud (back, questionable) missed the game on Sunday
due to his injury.
Pittsburgh's Duce Staley missed the game on Sunday due to his injured hamstring
- he was listed as questionable on Friday. Fellow RB Verron Haynes also sat

first series due to a stinger. Jerome Bettis suffered from cramps in his right
leg and left the game in the 4th quarter due to the problem.
Tampa Bay's Mike Alstott missed the game on Sunday as expected (knee, out on
Friday). Fellow FB Greg Comella strained his lower back in the game - the severity
of the strain is not currently known.
Tennessee's Chris Brown played on Sunday, he looked OK at first but was clearly
limited later by his nagging toe injury - coach Fisher indicated that the toe
was a problem that would need further evaluation this week.
Wide Receivers
Atlanta's Brian Finneran missed the game on Sunday due to his injured pectoral
muscle (questionable on Friday's injury report).
Buffalo's Josh Reed missed the game on Sunday due to his injured knee (doubtful
on Friday).
Cleveland's WR Andre King missed the game due to his injured ankle - a "high"
ankle sprain that he's been struggling with for weeks (doubtful on Friday's
injury report). Fellow WR Andre Davis also missed the game on Sunday (toe, doubtful).
Detroit's Tai Streets was inactive on Sunday due to his hamstring injury (questionable
on Friday). Az-Zahir Hakim was forced out of the game when his sore back flared
up. Roy Williams was limited due to his injured ankle - the Lions' receiving
corps is really banged up right now.
Green Bay's Robert Ferguson injured his shoulder on Sunday, but returned to
action. He only managed 1/2/0 during the game, though - he will be evaluated
further as the week goes along. Right now the injury is described as a dislocated
shoulder.
Indianapolis' WRs Troy Walters (broken arm, out on Friday's injury report)
and Brad Pyatt (thigh, probable on Friday) were both inactive for the game on
Sunday.
Minnesota's Randy Moss missed the game on Sunday due to his injured hamstring,
as expected (out on Friday's injury report). He is scheduled for a diagnostic
MRI sometime between today and Wednesday to further evaluate his progress. On
Monday Coach Tice indicated that Moss' return to the lineup was most likely
to occur on Nov. 28th - he's doubtful to play this week vs. Detroit.
New England's Deion Branch continues to be sidelined by his injury (knee, questionable)
- he was inactive on Sunday.
New York Giants' Amani Toomer left the game on Sunday after a hard hit (his
helmet was knocked off), but returned 2 plays later.
San Francisco's Kevan Barlow played a strong half of football (60 yards and
2 TDs rushing in the first half), but then got stuffed, injured, and finally
benched during the 49ers second half (-15 yards rushing and an unsportsmanlike
conduct penalty in the second half). He has left shoulder and hip injuries of
an unspecified severity - but the bigger problem for Barlow owners is that he
is in coach Erickson's doghouse over the penalty. Stay tuned.
St. Louis' Torry Holt left the game on Sunday with a concussion and did not
return to action. He will be evaluated further as the week goes along - post-concussion
symptoms sometimes take a few days to crop up. Keep an eye on his status later
in the week if Holt is on your roster. Dane Looker was inactive for the game
on Sunday due to his injury (ankle, doubtful on Friday's injury report).
Seattle's Koren Robinson is scheduled for his drug-related suspension appeal
hearing on Tuesday. If the league denies his appeal, then Robinson would reportedly
go on a 4 game suspension immediately. Stay tuned on this developing story if
you are a Robinson owner.

at this time.

not return to action. P Todd Sauerbrun filled in and converted 4 PAT and a FG
in relief of Kasay.
Washington's John Hall missed the game on Sunday (right groin, out on Friday's
injury report) as expected.
Punters
Baltimore's Dave Zastudil injured his shoulder in the game on Sunday and could
not return to action. QB/P Kordell Stewart handled the punting duties and was
surprisingly effective (the commentators described his punts as "knuckle-balls"
that had unpredictable motion, leading to a lack of returns). On Monday the
injury is being described as a separated shoulder - no timetable for his return
has been established.
Offensive Linemen
Baltimore's LT Jonathan Ogden missed the game on Sunday due to his injured
hamstring (questionable on Friday's injury report). G Edwin Mulitalo broke his
pinkie toe in the game, and did not return to action (although he claimed he

the game on Sunday. LT Luke Petitgout played despite a concussion suffered last
week, but clearly wasn't 100% and admitted to dizziness and fatigue after the

out on Friday). LG Chris Dishman left the game with a sprained left knee and

Sunday, and was in a great deal of pain after the event. An MRI is scheduled
for Monday - it looks like he may miss a significant amount of time due to this
injury (a dislocated elbow?). DE Carlos Hall was inactive on Sunday due to his
injured knee (questionable on Friday's injury report).

injury.
Linebackers
Arizona's Leon Joe (groin, doubtful) was unable to play in the game on Sunday
due to his injury.
Carolina's MLB Dan Morgan was forced out of the game due to a blow to the head.
The injury either concussed Morgan again (he was concussed two weeks ago, and
missed last week's game), or aggravated symptoms from that injury - either way,
Morgan is struggling with concussions and post-concussion symptoms mightily
this season.
Chicago LB Brian Urlacher will miss four to six weeks with a lower left leg

to his injury.
Kansas City's OLB Shawn Barber missed the game on Sunday due to his injured
knee (out on Friday's injury report, now on IR). He will undergo reconstructive
surgery on his knee in the near future. His replacement at OLB, Monty Beisel,
went down due to an aggravation of the calf injury that had kept Beisel out
of 2 previous games - no word is yet available on how serious this latest tweak
to Beisel's calf is.

by their lingering injuries on Sunday. Both were listed as out on Friday's injury
report. Arrington is expected to be out another 2-3 weeks due to his injury
(bone bruise), while Barrow has acute tendonitis in his left knee and hasn't
been able to play a down this season. Now, LB Khary Campbell tore up his left
knee on Sunday (Coach Gibbs indicated that season-ending surgery is probable
for Campbell). The Redskins are down to one healthy LB in reserve behind the
starters - Brandon Barnes.
Defensive Backs
Baltimore's DB Deion Sanders missed the game on Sunday due to his injured toe/foot
(questionable on Friday's injury report). CB Chris McAlister suffered a stinger
in the game on Sunday and did not return to action. His status for next week

season due to his injury.

back surgery to allow him to return to the field. A nerve that runs to his leg
has been adversely affected and that is reducing his ability to run and cut
properly.

is not considered serious.
Houston's S Jason Simmons (head, out on Friday) missed the game on Sunday,
as expected. CB Jason Bell broke both of his forearm bones in his right arm

last week (and some cracked teeth).
Seattle's CB Ken Lucas managed to play in the game on Sunday, despite the chest
injury he suffered in the game last week.
Tennessee's S Tank Williams injured his left leg during the game on Sunday,
and had to be helped off the field (he did not return to action). A MRI is scheduled
for Monday to further evaluate his injury. Early indications are that Williams
injured his ACL and may miss significant amounts of time. S Lance Shulters was
unable to play due to his injured foot (out on Friday's injury report), while
CB Andre Dyson was forced from the field due to cramps and couldn't return to
action. S Scott McGarrahan injured his right ankle, but it appears to be a mild
