Tampa Bay�s Brad Johnson was poked in the right eye during the game on Sunday, but returned to action.

Pittsburgh�s Tommy Maddox did not play on Sunday, but is recovering quickly from the spinal/cerebral concussion he suffered last week � he may play this Sunday, pending his doctors� reviews.

 

Philadelphia�s Donovan McNabb has opted to not undergo surgery on his broken ankle � the break is clean and should heal quickly. The news means that McNabb may be available for the season finale vs. the Giants, Dec 28th.

 

Running Backs

 

Minnesota�s Michael Bennett left the game in the third quarter Sunday, due to a strained calf muscle, and did not return to action.
