Running Backs

Buffalo's Travis Henry tweaked his ankle in the game Sunday.

Status: Henry's sprain is not serious, and he is expected to be good to go for the game vs. Chicago.

Denver RB Olandis Gary sprained his left ankle, and did not return to the game.

Status: X-rays were negative, and Gary expects to play against Baltimore.

Denver RB Clinton Portis played through shoulder pain in the game against Buffalo.

Status: Portis is expected to play this week.

Green Bay's FB William Henderson left the game with a left knee sprain.

Status: The team believes that Henderson strained his MCL (the least serious type of ligament injury.) Henderson may be sidelined for several weeks.

Green Bay's FB Najeh Davenport played through a minor right knee injury and a shoulder stinger.

Status: The injuries are considered minor.

Green Bay's backup RB Tony Fisher twisted an ankle on Sunday.

Status: The injury is not considered serious.

Wide Receivers

Arizona's David Boston was limited in the game due to a sore right ankle.

Status: Boston limped through the entire game and was largely ineffective. He characterized himself as not 100%. Monitor this situation carefully if you own a franchise starting Boston.

Carolina's Muhsin Muhammed, injured hamstring and did not return to game on Sunday.

Status: Coach John Fox indicated that the injury is no problem, and the Muhammed is fine for next week. Muhammed himself was less positive, saying he was unsure how serious the injury was...Keep an eye on this one if you play Muhammed in your league.

Green Bay's Javon Walker left the game with a quadriceps bruise.

Status: The injury is not considered serious.

New England's Troy Brown left the game after banging his knee on an opponent's helmet. He stated that it wasn't a serious injury, in his opinion.

Status: He should be good to go against San Diego.

San Diego's Reche Caldwell strained a hamstring on Sunday.

Status: The injury isn't considered serious, but will be evaluated further later in the week.

Cleveland's Kevin Johnson injured his right ankle on Sunday.

Status: Johnson was hobbling after the game, but insists that he'll be fine.

Houston's Kick Returner/Wide Receiver Jermaine Lewis sprained his right shoulder in the game Sunday.

Status: The injury is "sore and pretty painful" according to Lewis, and his status for the next game at Philadelphia is undetermined.

Tight Ends

Green Bay's David Martin left the game with a concussion.

Status: Martin's concussion is not considered serious at this time. However, after-effects from concussions are unpredictable.

Chicago's Fred Baxter sprained his left ankle.

Status: Baxter left the locker-room on crutches, and will be evaluated later this week.

Cincinnati's Sean Brewer left the game with a sprained left knee.

Status: The injury is not considered serious at this time.

Offensive Linemen

Cincinnati's starting RG Mike Goff lacerated his right knee on Sunday.

Status: Goff is probably out for the game against Tampa Bay.

New Englands starting RG Joe Andruzzi injured his right knee in the game Sunday.

Status: Testing is underway today, and the extent of the injury will be clarified as information becomes available. Andruzzi did not return to the game on Sunday.

Green Bay's starting RG Marco Rivera injured his left knee and did not return to the game.

Status: Coach Mike Sherman held Rivera out for precautionary reasons: the injury is not considered serious.

Minnesota's starting LG Corbin Lacina sustained a concussion and did not return to the game.

Status: Lacina is described as day to day, however, concusssion after-effects are notoriously unpredictable.

San Diego's starting C Corey Raymer injured his left Achilles' tendon. The injury appeared to be serious, according to coach Schottenheimer.

Status: Corey Raymer is out indefinitely. Undrafted rookie Jason Ball is expected to start the game against New England (and for the foreseeable future).

San Diego's starting RT Vaughn Parker injured his groin on Sunday.

Atlanta's starting C Todd McClure left the game with a knee injury and did not return.

Status: The extent of the injury is unknown at this time. Backup Martin Bibla played most of the fourth quarter on Sunday.

Denver's starting RT Matt Lepsis pulled his right hamstring and did not return to the game.

Status: He should return next week against Baltimore.

San Francisco's starting LG Dave Fiore injured his right knee in the game on Sunday. He believes that it is a torn ACL.

Status: GM Tom Donahue indicated Monday that Fiore may be placed on IR, ending the veteran guard's season.

Defensive Players

Cincinnati's starting RCB Artrell Hawkins bruised his right calf in the game Sunday.

Status: Hawkins is described as questionable for the game against Tampa Bay.

New England's starting MLB Tedy Bruschi was a game-time scratch. The shoulder he injured against the Jets tightened up over the weekend.

Status: Bruschi is expected to be fine for the San Diego Game.

New England's starting OLB Roman Phifer continues to recover from his hamstring injury. Status: Phifer was running in warm-ups before the game and looked good, according to reports. He should return this week, unless a set-back occurs.

Carolina's backup RCB Terry Fair fractured his right ankle in the game.

Status: Fair is expected to require surgery to repair the ankle, and is out for the foreseeable future.

Carolina's starting MLB Dan Morgan pulled a hamstring.

Status: Morgan is expected to be ready to play against Green Bay.

Green Bay safety Antuan Edwards broke his right forearm in the fourth quarter of the game on Sunday.

Status: The severity of the break in the radius bone was unclear. Defensive coordinator Ed Donatell said he expects to be without Edwards for some time but would not indicate exactly how long that may be. Edwards hopes to play with a cast and to return in the near future.

Green Bay's starting LDE Vonnie Holliday strained his pectoral muscle late in the game Sunday.
