Upgrades
QB Michael Vick (ATL) - Vick was incredible against Minnesota. He threw for 173 yards, rushed for 173 yards, and scored three total touchdowns. Look for Vick to be the #1 quarterback selected in several drafts next season. He has a difficult matchup against Tampa Bay next week. However, he looks like a must start.

QB Drew Bledsoe (BUF) - Bledsoe battled the bad weather on Sunday and finished with 306 passing yards and 4 total touchdowns. Bledsoe has been struggling for the last few weeks. It was the first time he has thrown more than one touchdown since week 6 against Houston. He has a difficult matchup against New England next week.

QB Steve McNair (TEN) - McNair was questionable heading into this week's game. With 334 passing yards and three touchdowns, McNair was very impressive. He connected with Derrick Mason 12 times for 116 yards and a touchdown.

****(Waiver Wire) QB Jon Kitna (CIN) - Kitna passed for 308 yards and two touchdowns against Baltimore on Sunday. Kitna has been very impressive in the last 6 weeks. He has averaged 265 passing yards and 2 touchdowns in the last 6 weeks.

RB TJ Duckett (ATL) - Duckett became the team's feature back against Minnesota when Warrick Dunn left the game in the 2nd quarter with a sprained ankle. Obviously, Michael Vick outshined Duckett. If Dunn is limited, Duckett will be somewhat productive and a quality #3 fantasy running back.

RB Michael Bennett (MIN) - Bennett rushed for 86 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries against Atlanta. Bennett was bothered by an ankle injury heading into the game, but the ankle did not appear to bother Bennett on Sunday. He remains a quality fantasy starter.

****(Waiver Wire) RB Dee Brown (CAR) - Dee Brown rushed for 122 yards on 24 carries in his first career start. Brown has replaced Lamar Smith as Carolina's starting running back. Brown has a favorable matchup this week against Cincinnati. If you need a running back, grab Brown now.

RB Ricky Williams (MIA) - Williams rushed for 228 yards and scored two touchdowns against Buffalo in the bad weather on Sunday. Williams scored 45 and 55-yard touchdown runs. Obviously, keep Williams in your lineup. Williams also surpassed the Dolphins' franchise record for rushing yards in a season. He has gained over 100 rushing yards and scored two times in each of the last 3 weeks.

****(Waiver Wire) RB Tony Fisher (GB) - Ahman Green left Sunday's game with a bruised knee cap. Fisher replaced Green and rushed for 91 yards and a score on 17 carries. If Green is on your roster, it would be wise to pick up Fisher for some security.

RB Garrison Hearst (SF) - Hearst rushed for 124 yards and scored three touchdowns against Seattle. With Kevan Barlow out, Hearst got the bulk of the carries and was quite productive against a weak Seattle run defense. Hearst will remain a quality fantasy start with Barlow sidelined.

RB Jamal Lewis (BAL) - Lewis rushed for 121 yards against Cincinnati Sunday. Lewis has surpassed 1,000 yards for the season and should be a good play in the fantasy playoffs with matchups against Houston and Cleveland.

RB Travis Henry (BUF) - Henry continues his impressive season with 151 rushing yards and a touchdown against Miami on Sunday. Henry has solidified himself as a top-5 fantasy running back. Obviously, keep him in your lineup for the fantasy playoffs.

RB Clinton Portis (DEN) - Portis rushed for 156 yards and two touchdowns against San Diego. Portis is nearing 1,000 yards and is the favorite for rookie of the year. Keep him in your lineup. Portis should be very productive in the fantasy playoffs. The Broncos play New York Jets, Kansas City, Oakland and Arizona.

RB Ladainian Tomlinson (SD) - Tomlinson gained 271 total yards and scored 3 touchdowns against Denver. Plain and simple, he is awesome.

WR Randy Moss (MIN) - Moss gained 134 yards on 9 receptions against Atlanta. He also had a touchdown pass called back because of penalty. Obviously, keep him in your lineup for the fantasy playoffs.

WR Derrick Mason (TEN) - Mason was productive on Sunday with 12 catches for 116 yards and a touchdown against the Giants. Mason's production is down from last season, but he still remains a quality receiving option heading into the fantasy playoffs.

WR Brian Finneran (ATL) - Finneran continues to be Michael Vick's favorite target when Vick decides to throw the ball. Finneran finished with 5 receptions for 114 yards against Minnesota on Sunday.

WR Ed McCaffrey (DEN) - McCaffrey had seven catches for 126 yards against San Diego Sunday. 126 yards marks a season high for McCaffrey. He made some clutch catches and appears to be a favorite target of Steve Beuerlein. It would be wise to keep McCaffrey in your lineup with Beuerlein as the starter in Denver.

WR Darrell Jackson (SEA) - Jackson caught seven passes for 114 yards and two touchdowns today against the 49ers. Jackson didn't have a touchdown before today's game. Since returning from his concussion, Jackson has had a few nice games. He is a quality #3 fantasy receiver heading into the fantasy playoffs.

Downgrades

QB Kurt Warner (STL) - Warner struggled once again completing 47% of his passes for 218 yards, 0 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. Keep Warner on your bench. Heck, he may end up on the Rams bench soon.

QB Jake Plummer (ARI) - Plummer was awful once again on Sunday. He threw for a meager 88 yards and 3 interceptions against Kansas City. The loss of Boston has hurt Plummer just as we expected. If you have Plummer in your starting lineup, there's a good chance you are near the basement and eliminated from playoff consideration.

QB Tim Couch (CLE) - Couch was dreadful against Carolina. He completed just 12 of 27 passes for 130 yards and three interceptions. He was unable to get the ball to his wide receivers, which resulted in minimal production. It would be best to keep Couch on your bench.

RB Ahman Green (GB) - Ahman Green left Sunday's game with a bruised knee cap. Grab Tony Fisher, if you rely on Green for production. We'll update you on the status of Green as we know more.

RB Jamel White (CLE) - White had just one carry against Carolina. He is returning from a separated shoulder, but appears to have lost his job. The emergence of rookie William Green over the last few weeks has decreased White's value dramatically.

RB Warrick Dunn (ATL) - Dunn left Sunday's game in the second quarter with a sprained ankle. T.J. Duckett became the feature back. We will update you on Dunn's status as we hear more. Obviously, an ankle injury as we near the fantasy playoffs is not a good thing.

RB Anthony Thomas (CHI) - Thomas left Sunday's game against Green Bay with an injured finger. He was limited to 4 carries for 26 yards in another disappointing effort for Thomas. I inserted Dee Brown in my lineup today replacing the ineffective Thomas. You may want to consider similar options.

WR Frank Sanders (ARI) - Sanders left Sunday's game against Kansas City with a sprained foot. If you were relying on Sanders at receiver, you have more problems than the Cardinals passing offense.

WR James Thrash (PHI) - With A.J. Feeley at quarterback, Thrash managed just 2 catches for 16 yards against St. Louis. Obviously, the loss of Donovan McNabb was going to affect Thrash. However, Thrash should put up better numbers than this. This is a cause for concern for Thrash owners.
