Note: Although Michael Vick ranks as the 27th Quarterback based on full projections, we believe he should be drafted around the #14-16th QB due to his high PPG. He will miss at least the first 4 weeks of the NFL season after breaking his fibula in the preseason. Additionally Chad Pennington is likely worth the 26th-28th pick as the starter for the Jets at the end of the year.
