If listed by four, multiply average by .85.
If listed by three, multiply average by .7.
If listed by one or two, removed from list.

Note: Although Michael Vick ranks as the 25th Quarterback based on full projections, we believe he should be drafted around the #12th QB due to his high PPG. He will miss at least the first 4 weeks of the NFL season after breaking his fibula in the preseason.
